WHAT IS REFLEXOLOGY?

Reflexology is a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands and ears that correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body. Through application of pressure on these points, reflexology serves to relax tension, improve circulation and promote the natural function of the related areas in the body.

WHAT IS A TREATMENT LIKE?

Both client and reflexologist must be positioned comfortably to ensure maximum relaxation. A reflexologist will usually work on the bare feet, but if this is not possible, or if the client prefers, the treatment can be given on the hands or ears. Beginning with the right, all reflex points on both sides are systematically stimulated as the body is considered as a whole system. The pressure applied varies with each person. Treatments last approximately one hour for feet, or about 40 minutes for hands or ears.

SERVICES

Foot Reflexology Services: Reflexology of the feet stimulates the physical principle, improving circulation and energy by relaxing tensions throughout the body. Introductory Fee: $65 + GST per one hour session. Buy four sessions and receive the fifth one free.

Ear Reflexology Services: Reflexology of the ears calms the mental principle sending deep relaxation messages throughout the body. Fee: $45 + GST per half hour session. Buy four sessions and receive the fifth one free.

Hand Reflexology Services: Reflexology of the hands relaxes the social principle, cooling the emotions by sending deep relaxation messages throughout the body. Fee: same as for Ear Reflexology.
