1. TEACHERS' TRAINING FAST TRACK COURSE -- Reflexology Association of Canada is proud to offer a Teachers' Training Fast Track Course for the Foot, Hands, and Ears. This is a residential training consisting of two phases: Preparing You to Teach and Co-Facilitating the Course. To qualify, you only require Foot Reflexology Training and to be using Foot Reflexology for one year.
2. FOOT REFLEXOLOGY-- Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC): This certification course provides you with the professional training to begin your own practice in Foot Reflexology. This is a residential training course held at a lovely country retreat in Ancaster, Ontario. After the in-class training, you will complete 60 case studies and prepare yourself for written and practical exams. For people interested in becoming a professional Reflexologist.
Course Fee: approx. $1700 - residential training venue.
3.INTRODUCTION TO HAND REFLEXOLOGY -- This introduction workshop teaches those trained in Foot Reflexology, a "how to" do hand reflexology to familiarize them in the use of the hands for relaxation purposes. Benefits are similar to Foot Reflexology - improve circulation, relaxation, and normalization of imbalances in the body systems. Students say this has helped them prepare for the certification course.
Fee: $150 plus HST.

4. INTRODUCTION TO EAR REFLEXOLOGY - This introduction workshop teaches those trained in Foot Reflexology, a "how to" do ear reflexology to familiarize them in the use of the ears for relaxation purposes. Benefits are similar to Foot Reflexology -- aid in circulation, improve lymph movement, and stimulate the brain. Students say this has helped them prepare for the certification course.

Ear Reflexology, otherwise known as Auricular Therapy can achieve the following benefits: activates meridians, regulates Qi (energy), aids circulation in general, improves lymph movement, and stimulates the brain. 7. ADVANCED CIRCULATION LOWER LEG WORKSHOP -- This workshop is for practicing health care deliverers interested in expanding their services. Advanced Circulation Lower Leg Workshop teaches two methods: the six-point foot technique taught in the Healing for the Age of Enlightenment book and the circulation stress relief massage of the feet, lower legs and knees. This workshop can be used as 3 educational credits with the Reflexology Association of Canada. Fee: $100 plus HST ($75 + HST when combined with Upper Body workshop). Please contact us for dates.

Advanced Circulation Upper Body Workshop teaches two methods: the upper body methods taught in the Healing for the Age of Enlightenment book and the circulation stress relief massage for the head, shoulders, spine, arms, hands and ears. 9. THE WELL-TEMPERED LIFE -- Learn your mind-body type according to the ancient wholistic system known as Ayurvedic Medicine. This workshop increases self-understanding as a healer as well as provides a system for improving and maintaininghealth through understanding your stress patterns and how to get back to balance.
