Overview of Programs for Fall 2008

Dear Friends:

The best insurance policy for tomorrow is to make the most productive and meaningful use of today. For maximizing personal productivity and health, our workshops and services can assist in adapting to the forces of change. Join us for one of our courses or create your own course schedule by coordinating groups of three or four people per course.

1. FOOT REFLEXOLOGY--Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC):
This is a 35-hour in-class training followed by 60 hours of practical work for people interested in becoming a professional Reflexologist. Course Fee is $978.75. Start date is September 20-21.

2. ADVANCED CIRCULATION LOWER LEG WORKSHOP: This workshop is for practicing health care deliverers interested in expanding their services. Advanced Circulation Lower Leg Workshop teaches two methods: the six-point foot technique taught in the Healing for the Age of Enlightenment book and the circulation stress relief massage of the feet, lower legs and knees. Fee is $75 plus GST. This workshop can be used as 3 educational credits with the Reflexology Association of Canada. Date Oct. 25.

3. ADVANCED CIRCULATION UPPER BODY WORKSHOP: This workshop is for practicing health care deliverers interested in expanding their services. Advanced Circulation Upper Body Workshop teaches two methods: the upper body methods taught in the Healing for the Age of Enlightenment book and the circulation stress relief massage for the head, shoulders, spine, arms, hands and ears. Fee is $75 plus GST. This workshop can be used as 3 educational credits with the Reflexology Association of Canada. Date Nov. 1.

4. EAR (Auricular) REFLEXOLOGY CERTIFICATION--Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC): This certification training teaches practitioners how to use the ears for therapeutic purposes. Ear Reflexology, otherwise known as Auricular Therapy can achieve the following benefits: activates meridians, regulates Qi (energy), aids circulation in general, improves lymph movement, and stimulates the brain. Fee $410. Date Oct. 4-6.

5. THE WELL-TEMPERED LIFE: Learn your mind-body type according to the ancient wholistic system known as Ayurvedic Medicine. This workshop increases self-understanding as a healer as well as provides a system for improving and maintaining health through understanding your stress patterns and how to get back to balance. Date of next workshop is to be announced. Fee is $75 or $130 per couple plus GST.

6. HAND REFLEXOLOGY CERTIFICATION--Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC): This certification training teaches practitioners how to use the hands for therapeutic and relaxation purposes. Benefits to the client are similar as Foot Reflexology treatments - improve circulation, relaxation, and normalization of imbalances in the body systems. Fee is $410. Date Oct. 18-19.

7. YOGA CLASSES: Yoga classes will recommence in mid-September – classes are held at Total Balance. Please call for class schedules and fees or go to my website for updates: www.healingarts-daniellegault.com.

8. LAUGHTER YOGA SESSIONS will be held this fall at Total Balance – Stay tuned.

9. The Personality Theory, Money, Business and You Workshop – This workshop combines relevant theory with practical insight and tools for running a business and dealing with money. Fee: $100 plus GST. Date: Oct. 25
